1. Validity
   All gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Any remaining balance will expire automatically after the expiry date and cannot be extended.

2. Redemption
   Gift cards may be redeemed only for treatments and services provided by T&R Therapy. They must be presented at the time of booking or appointment.

3. Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable
   Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, in whole or in part.

4. No Cash Value
   Gift cards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase other gift cards.

5. Partial Use
   If the treatment value is less than the gift card balance, the remaining balance may be used for future treatments within the original validity period.

6. Lost or Stolen Cards
   T&R Therapy cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorised use of gift cards. Gift cards will not be replaced or refunded.

7. Booking Policy
   All treatments are subject to availability and must be booked in advance. Our standard booking, cancellation, and no-show policies apply.

8. Promotions & Discounts
   Promotional discounts (including the 10% loyalty discount) apply only at the time of gift card purchase and cannot be applied retrospectively.

9. Treatment Suitability
   All treatments are subject to clinical suitability. T&R Therapy reserves the right to refuse or modify treatment based on professional assessment.

10. Changes to Terms
    T&R Therapy reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in force at the time of purchase will apply.

11. Governing Law
    These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

12. Statutory Rights
    Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
